At LIMEN, we do everything we can to offer you high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Please note that our estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Only products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Products that have been used, damaged, or opened cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
